Limited Lifetime Warranty

Products bought via retailer have a 30 day over the counter replacement warranty (at retailers discretion) with proof of purchase for all blank breakage. Guides, tips, or component defects will be repaired and returned to customer- coordinated with the retailer and Bull Bay.

After 30 days, products bought have a factory one year warranty with no charges to be incurred.

**We reserve the right to refuse repair to rods under multiple breakage or damages by customer.**

After one year, any warrantied item must be shipped to return address above with closed amount of $60.00 for all damages and repairs.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you caqn return your item for an exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be exchanged for selected product replacement.

The original shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

All warrantied items being shipped must be prepaid, insured, with a traceable method to the address above.
